Non-valid ECMWF products are governed by the Creative Commons 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). Non-valid data refers to any data with a verification time more than 24 hours in the past. In case of the VMF Data Server, this applies to troposphere delay models based on operational and ERA-Interim Numerical Weather Models as well as atmospheric pressure loading corrections. These products may be used commercially, subject to attribution.

ECMWF forecast data is not governed by the CC BY 4.0 licence, but underlies a separate licence agreement. Hence, troposphere delay models provided on this server, that are based on ECMWF forecast data, are password protected and for non-commercial, scientific use only.

Please contact vmf@tuwien.ac.at, if you require access to any forecast products. Mind that the password is changed quarterly. Forecast products from past years are open access and underlie the same terms as operational products.
